60 days warranty and technical support by Asicminersoutlet.com. 180 days extended warranty and technical support available (optional).
Extended options for tech support available.
After 60/180 days you are still covered by full manufacturers’ warranty. Most of the parts are covered by 1–10 years manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty terms:
1. A 60-day warranty is provided starting from the actual shipping date. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Shark Mining RMA Department at [email protected]
2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from Asicminersoutlet.com. Once the miner is resold warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
3. Defective mining rigs within warranty period can be repaired free of charge under the warranty policy.
After 90 days you are still covered by full manufacturers’ warranty. Most of the parts are covered by 1–10 years manufacturer’s warranty. After 90 days contact the manufacturer directly. Asicminersoutlet.com offers after-warranty service/repair at the cost of parts and labor.
4. The following events will void the warranty:
a. Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from Asicminersoutlet.com first;
b. Damage caused by lightning or voltage surges;
c. Burnt parts on any parts;
d. Parts/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to a wet environment.
e. Modifications to hardware, BIOS settings or software will void the warranty.
f. Modifying, setting wrong or different OC settings other than indicated in our official user guide will void the warranty.
5. For all repairs or RMA, within warranty or not, the customer must return the defective parts at his/her own expense after opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with Asicminersoutlet.com instructions.
6. Asicminersoutlet.com will cover shipping cost when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
7. Asicminersoutlet.com does not take any responsibility for or compensate for any loss as result of downtime caused by delays in transportation as a result of customs formalities or other reasons. In the event of 15 days or more delays due to customers inactivity or no payment we can cancel the order.

Antminer warranty terms

All Antminers are protected by a 180-Day Warranty provided by Bitmain.
Warranty is 180 days direct through Bitmain. Technical support handled by Bitmain.

Warranty terms:
1. A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the actual shipping date. For any RMA requests, please visit Bitmain website at https://bitmainhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from Asicminersoutlet.com. Once the miner is resold warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
3. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted. Defective miners can be repaired for free if they fall under the Bitmain warranty policy. After the warranty period, machines can be repaired at the cost of parts and labor.
4. The following events will void the warranty:
a. Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from Bitmain first;
b. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges;
c. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips;
d. Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to a wet environment.
e. Overclocking or any other modifications to hardware or software will void the warranty.
5. For all repairs or RMA, within warranty or not, the customer must return the defective parts at his/her own expense after opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with Bitmain’s instructions.
6. Bitmain will cover shipping cost when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
7. If you notice there are some loose heatsinks when you receive the miner, please inform us by email to info at bitmaintech.com within 3 days from the date the package is received according to UPS/DHL/FedEx’s website.
8. Bitmain does not take any responsibility for or compensate for any loss as result of downtime caused by delays in transportation as a result of customs formalities or other reasons.
